Description:
XULONG SPRING use a variety of presses from 30 to 200 ton capacity. we can design flat springs and fourslide products extends to stamping as well, allowing our engineers to design components utilizing materials from high carbon steel, pre-tempered and alloys including ally steel 60Si2Mn in thicknesses from 0.1mm to 25mm depending on the configuration of the part and tonnage required. In-house tooling and design, engineering support, and a wide array of secondary processes (deburring, welding, assembly, etc.) allow XULONG SPRING to manufacture even the most complex metal stamping designs for your applications.
Additionally, we can produce flat springs in a variety of shapes, sizes and materials from flat strip steel. Flat springs may function as leaf springs or electrical conductors, but more commonly are required to hold other assembly components in a set position. Fourslide equipment is used along with smaller punch presses in order to reduce the amount of tooling normally required for other production methods. Most flat springs are formed, shaped, bent or otherwise manufactured to meet specific application requirements.
Our flat leaf springs range from 0.1mm to 25mm,The commonly used materials are:

- Alloy steel strip 60Si2Mn
